Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  2. Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  3. Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations.
  4. Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  5. Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  6. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and accurate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
