Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of sales team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of sales team members.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Cellular phone for business use.
Work Environment:

Experience:

The successful candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales management.
