Corporate Sales Manager

Alberta Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client focus and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to negotiate sales contracts.
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Interpersonal awareness and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
