About the OpportunityAs a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, your main responsibility will be servicing a Personal Lines book of business and providing exceptional customer experience. In recognition of your dedication, you will receive comprehensive support, a competitive base salary, an attractive bonus structure, and a clear path for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a book of business, including renewals, endorsements, quotes, new business, and certification.
- Advise customers on personal lines policies, ensuring they have the best coverage for their insurance needs.
- Follow up on customer questions and quotes.
- Closing deals with a customer-first attitude.
- Work closely with multiple insurance providers.
- A Level 1 license is a must, with a Level 2 license preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines, home and auto policies.
- Experience in BMS software such as EPIC.
- $48,000-$58,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonus.
