Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options for personal assets, such as homes, condos, and vehicles.
- Manage the application process for new insurance policies, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Handle policy renewals to maintain continuous coverage and ensure clients receive optimal protection and service.
- Provide ongoing support to clients for any insurance-related inquiries or issues, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Review and update policies as needed to align with clients' changing circumstances, ensuring accurate and up-to-date coverage.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Hold a current insurance broker license in Manitoba.
- Have experience with personal lines insurance, including home and auto policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Manage policies accurately and ensure all documentation is correct, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Handle and resolve client issues effectively, providing timely and professional responses.

- A competitive base salary between $50,000 - $60,000, depending on relevant experience, plus a target bonus.
