Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at T & D INVESTMENTS CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Language: English
Work Term: Permanent
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
