Parexel is seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Operations Director to lead our team in Ontario, Canada.

About the Job

As a Clinical Trial Operations Director at Parexel, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials according to plan, budget, and quality. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely delivery of data to required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You will be expected to have good knowledge of international guidelines ICH GCP as well as relevant local regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Local Study Team(s) to deliver committed components of clinical studies
  • Ensuring compliance with Client Procedural Documents, ICH-GCP, and local regulations
  • Performing site monitoring as needed to support the flexible capacity model
  • Ensuring that sites are identified, qualified, set up, initiated, monitored, closed, and documentation archived

You will work closely with the Global Study Associate Director/Global Study Team, including Site Management and Monitoring (SMM) Lead, to achieve good personal relationships with all Local Study Team members, sites' staff, and global stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
