Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Wheel Repair Canada.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Sales Supervisor is to oversee and manage sales operations, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives;
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 7 months of experience in a sales or supervisory role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Work Environment:

This role is based in a retail business environment, with regular interaction with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong client focus and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
