Tow Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Available Towing Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe dispatch of our tow trucks to customers in need.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the dispatch of tow trucks to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and logistics of tow truck operations, ensuring that vehicles are properly assigned and dispatched to meet customer needs.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, tow truck operators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tow truck operations, including dispatch logs, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in dispatch operations, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in dispatch management software, database software, and other relevant computer applications.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
