About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at K V Drywall & Taping Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Document Management: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
