Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a2z cleaning Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on administrative procedures and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including budget planning and control.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

No supervision responsibility.

  • MS Office.
