At the Vancouver Airport Authority, we're more than just an airport. We connect our beautiful province and all it has to offer to the world.
We're currently seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll administer, coordinate, and support the implementation of commercial programs at the airport.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing project business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and commercial design criteria, as well as coordinating and delivering commercial projects through the project lifecycle.
You'll work closely with tenants to understand their vision and provide support in bringing it to life, including design, coordination related to base building services and maintenance.

A strong knowledge of project management from conception to delivery, design, construction drawings, and building systems is also required.
Additionally, you'll need in-depth knowledge of industry standards in commercial real estate, health and safety regulations, and airport-specific security protocols.
You'll be responsible for managing construction safety/security programs and applying engineering and technical requirements.
A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and tenants is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary range of $80,932 to $105,773 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour work week.
In addition to your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity, we offer a competitive salary package, generous vacation days, extensive health benefits, retirement savings matching, wellness programs, community engagement, commuting support, and continuous learning opportunities.
We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential components of a thriving workplace culture. As such, we welcome applications from diverse candidates and encourage individuals from underrepresented groups to apply.
