A heavy equipment operator position at Trican is available for a nitrogen operator who can ensure the company's core value, We won't put anyone in harm's way, is prioritized in all activities.

Responsibilities
  • Attend pre-job safety meetings on location and perform thorough pre and post trip inspections to accurately fill out required forms.
  • Rig-in and rig out all equipment for travel safely and efficiently.
  • Operate all equipment in a responsible manner with effective communication among colleagues.
  • Consult with supervisors and crew regarding operational deficiencies and assist in equipment maintenance as needed.
Requirements
  • A valid Class 1 Driver's license is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma is considered an asset.
  • Safe driving skills are essential, with a driver's abstract requested upon application.
  • Physically fit individuals capable of heavy lifting are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership and managerial skills, are required.
  • The ability to solve problems effectively is necessary.

Working Conditions
