We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Paramount Agro Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, coordinating and planning office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
