About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at UMI Toronto Premium Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to ensure a high level of hygiene and food safety.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and organized.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
