About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Marilynne Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and running smoothly.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
