About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Supervision: Train and supervise a team of cooks, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare high-quality dishes.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness.

Requirements
