Lead Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at GINO'S PIZZA AMHERSTVIEW.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Hiring and Management: Hire food service staff, overseeing the recruitment process to ensure top talent joins our team.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, upholding the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and adaptability skills.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service leadership roles.
- Possess excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain records, and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting processes.
This role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of GINO'S PIZZA AMHERSTVIEW.
