Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment in Amherstview. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of 3-4 staff members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, prepare food order summaries for chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Walking, physically demanding work conditions.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player.
The estimated salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. A total annual salary would be approximately $50,000-$72,000, based on a 30-hour workweek.
