About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join our team at LTS Protective Services. As a Mobile Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Patrol scheduled sites and locations, maintaining a high level of visibility and awareness.
  • Complete site and officer inspections, identifying and addressing any security concerns or issues.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security License, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Possess a valid Ontario driver's license (G Class), with a clean driving record.
  • Meet our insurance company's requirements, including being at least 25 years old as of January 2022.
  • Provide a current driver abstract, ensuring a clean driving record.
  • Be approved on our insurance, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, in accordance with our company's policy.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a related position, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in security services.
  • Hold a post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g. law enforcement), preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit a high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity under stressful situations.
  • Display a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be confident, consistent, and decisive in decision-making, with a professional demeanor at all times.
Shifts:
  • Night Shifts (7:30pm-7:30am)
  • Sun-Thurs (6pm-2am) & Weekends Fri-Sat (7pm-4am)
