We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join our team at LTS Protective Services. As a Mobile Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Patrol scheduled sites and locations, ensuring a visible presence and deterrence of potential security threats.
- Conduct thorough site and officer inspections, identifying and addressing any security vulnerabilities or concerns.
- Valid Ontario Security License, demonstrating your commitment to security excellence.
- Possess a valid Ontario driver's license (G Class), ensuring you can safely and efficiently respond to security incidents.
- Meet our insurance company requirements, including being at least 25 years old as of January 2022 and providing a current driver abstract.
- Be able to obtain approval on our insurance, ensuring you meet our security standards.
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, adhering to our company's health and safety policies.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related security position, demonstrating your expertise and skills.
- Post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g., law enforcement) is preferred, showcasing your commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit a high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity, even in stressful situations.
- Display a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be confident, consistent, and decisive in your decision-making, ensuring effective security responses.
- Night Shifts (7:30pm-7:30am)
- Sun-Thurs (6pm-2am) & Weekends Fri-Sat (7pm-4am)
