We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Specialist to join our team at LTS Protective Services. As a Mobile Security Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Patrol scheduled sites and locations, ensuring a high level of security and vigilance.
  • Conduct thorough site and officer inspections, identifying potential security risks and taking corrective action.
  • Meet and exceed our clients' expectations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security License, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Possess a valid Ontario driver's license (G Class), with a clean driving record.
  • Meet our insurance company's requirements, ensuring a high level of risk management.
  • Provide a current driver abstract, demonstrating a commitment to safety and security.
  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-directed.
  • Have a strong work ethic, with a high level of personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Shifts
  • Night Shifts (7pm-7am), providing security services during the evening and overnight hours.
  • Continental Shifts, working a variety of shifts to meet the needs of our clients.
