  • Respond to daily customer inquiries and promote the Quality and Service of the Kohltech brand.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about evolving product lines to provide expert advice.
  • Proactively resolve customer-related issues and provide professional support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet company objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one year's experience in a professional setting with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Exposure to carpentry and/or building supplies is an asset.
