Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Cost products and services to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Manage events and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure success.
Supervision:

Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure effective communication and task delegation.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

Proficient in MS Office to manage administrative tasks and maintain records.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
