Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counsellor to join our team in Kamloops, BC. As a key member of our EAP program, you will provide short-term counselling services to diverse clients dealing with various issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-person counselling services to TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in the Kamloops, BC office
  • Manage administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS health clinical models
  • Collaborate with regional clinical manager to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Masters' Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach
  • Capacity to clinically manage high-risk cases
