We are seeking a Store Manager - Customer Experience to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hamilton, Canada. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
