  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train food service staff, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, various locations, including coffee shops.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with physically demanding tasks.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team and support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
