We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our team at Altaf Dentistry Professional Corporation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Manage patient schedules, appointments, and waitlists, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Process patient payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software an asset.
