Dental Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Dental Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Seema Steffens Dentistry. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
- Respond to patient phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating dental procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software
