Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to business growth objectives through the development of new business and retention of an existing book of insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of business with a focus on profitable growth
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Provide professional advice to clients on their insurance program needs
  • Negotiate terms with underwriters
  • Act on behalf of clients in the settlement of claims
Requirements
  • Insurance licensed, in good standing with required continuing education hours
  • Minimum 3 years life insurance experience
  • CAIB and industry-related designations are considered a strong asset
