The Senior Training Advisor will be responsible for delivering learning to technical engineering staff on CANDU Systems. This individual will be a Subject Matter Expert who will design, develop, and deliver training courses to meet the needs of our technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training courses on CANDU Systems, Principles of Nuclear/Reactor Safety, CANDU Systems Overall Unit Control, and CANDU Simulator.
  • Deliver training courses to technical staff, ensuring that the material is delivered in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of CANDU systems to ensure that training courses are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training needs are met and that training courses are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:
