About the Role

We offer an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and less than 7 months of relevant work experience in construction. A strong understanding of residential construction principles and practices is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • A valid secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Less than 7 months of relevant work experience in construction
  • A strong understanding of residential construction principles and practices
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work with various tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hats, safety glasses/goggles, cellular phones, earplugs, and safety vests.

You must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent oral communication skills, reliability, dependability, and a hardworking attitude.
