Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out

Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner.

Room Reservations and Management

Take, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date room assignments and availability.

Guest Services

Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.

Payment and Billing

Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative Tasks

Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

Emergency and Safety Procedures

Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.

Clerical Duties

Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.

Communication

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Work Environment and Requirements
