Job Title: Concrete Finishing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team at PEDRON CONTRACTING LTD. As a Concrete Finishing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our team works on various construction sites, including high-rise building construction sites, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects, as well as residential and infrastructure projects.
