Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Hamilton Record Store, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently
  • Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments with accuracy
  • Scan items and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail or sales
