Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Hamilton location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.



Responsibilities



  • Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, process sales transactions accurately, and meet monthly sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns promptly, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and maintain knowledge of product offerings.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to a positive store culture.


Requirements


To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate, you must have:



  • Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in Canada, and able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Have a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.


Compensation and Benefits


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
