Advanced Analytics Leader

We are seeking a visionary Advanced Analytics Leader to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for advanced analytics initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end project management for predictive analytics and AI projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and develop advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques.
- Implement generative AI algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing, image recognition, or anomaly detection.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data collection, preprocessing, and integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and reliability. They will also collaborate with IT teams to deploy data pipelines and infrastructure necessary for analytics and AI solutions.
Performance Metrics- Monitor the performance of predictive models and AI systems, and iterate on improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and validation to validate model effectiveness and business impact.
The Advanced Analytics Leader will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate findings, and provide actionable insights. They will present complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
