Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Falls Nissan. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Train staff and supervise sales team members to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
