Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Falls Nissan. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including performance reviews and training.
  • Perform opening and closing activities, including setting up and displaying merchandise.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and provide accurate reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client-focused and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
