Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Falls Nissan. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
