Job Summary

Bright Edge Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in setting up and taking down concrete forms, scaffolding, and other equipment as required.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Participate in building demolition and cleanup activities, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean up debris and maintain a safe working environment at construction sites.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic near work areas, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit for demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Work effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and in various weather conditions.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Possess strong language skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Schedule: Be available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 32-44 hours per week.
