Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Bright Edge Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires you to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in physically demanding conditions. You must be able to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain accurate records.
  • Reliability, hard work, and a strong work ethic are essential.
