Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Bright Edge Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from the construction site.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic at or near the construction site to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure and in physically demanding conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and manual dexterity to perform tasks accurately.
