Job Summary

Kidd Ventures Ltd. is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
