Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dephine Enterprises II Inc. as a key member of our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, adhering to safe food handling practices and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and supplies are managed effectively.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational needs, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that customer service standards are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with staff, customers, and management.
