Job Description

Cineplex is recruiting for the position of Amusement Host at The Rec Room in Calgary, AB.



Job Duties:


  2. Ensure games are clean and well maintained for guests.
  3. Deliver exceptional service and entertainment experience to guests.
  4. Upsell games and create a fun, playful environment.
  5. Operate all major attractions and set up/take down for functions, events, and activities.
  6. Communicate operational problems and handle guest inquiries, questions, and concerns effectively.
  7. Restock Redemption store and maintain individual stations.


Requirements:


  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills and good communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a counter and its contents.
