We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Professional to join our team at Ultra. This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual with expertise in electro-mechanical systems, electrical circuitry, and mechanical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and electro-mechanical devices to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent potential problems and extend equipment lifespan.
- Install, test, and maintain semi-automated, servo-mechanical, or electromechanical equipment, as well as traditional electrical circuitry for offices, lighting, pumps, and motors.
- Work closely with the engineering team to program existing and developmental PLCs and operating system-based production equipment, machinery, and electro-mechanical devices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve efficient operation of production equipment, machinery, and electro-mechanical devices.
- A completed Grade 12 from a recognized community college with a diploma in Electromechanical Technician or trade certification (Journeyperson Millwright).
- Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and reading blueprints.
- The ability to gain Canadian NATO government security clearance and meet all requirements to work on Canadian Controlled Goods projects.
