Experienced Project Manager Sought for HVAC and Plumbing Department

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Mechanical Department, specializing in HVAC and Plumbing projects. Our company acts as a general contractor for electromechanical projects, requiring an engineer with relevant technical knowledge and experience.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of project scheduling, planning, coordination, and implementation, as well as familiarity with construction tools such as RFQ/RFI's, Change Order/Change Directive.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/HVAC discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience managing ICI projects with multiple trades and installing HVAC, Hydronics, and plumbing systems.
  3. In-depth engineering knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, and Hydronics systems, plumbing systems, equipment, materials, and methodologies.
  4. Ability to read, interpret, and utilize manuals and schematics related to HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
  5. Familiarity with local codes and standards relevant to the projects.
  6. Knowledge of Agencies Having Jurisdiction (TSSA, ESA, etc.).
  7. Strong organizational skills, team player with multitasking ability, and attention to details.
  8. Proficient with required computer skills and construction scheduling software (MS Projects, Primavera, Blubeam).
  9. Goal-oriented to complete projects within time, scope, and cost constraints.

$93,500 plus fringe benefits commensurate with market standards and candidate knowledge and experience.
