Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our sites and facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring we are operating within our means.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records are maintained, including receipts, invoices, and payment records.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cleaning services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
