Job Title: Housekeeper (Except Private Households)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities
  • Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas and surfaces
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
